In the light of developments in Aberystwyth the emphasis for this tour will be to give the maximum amount of time in Aberystwyth.
Accordingly it is our intention to travel direct from Chester to Aberystwyth with just a short stop in Newtown (where we aim to coincide with Celtic Travel's X75 departures) and to arrive by about 1230hrs.
We will not then depart from Aberystwyth till 1500hrs and return via Dolgellau for the 1705/1715hrs interchange with an arranged visit to an Lloyds of Machynlleth at their base in the old Crosville depot en-route.
From Dolgellau we will travel non-stop to Chester for about 1930hrs.
In sourcing a vehicle, precedence is, therefore, being given to its ability to undertake the timings on this occasion rather than its pedigree.
